Allie Kenny
Allie Kenny is a northern New Jersey based singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in the melodic traditions of 60s and 70s artists like the Beatles and Big Star. Her songs are melody-driven, often featuring layered harmonies and heartfelt, reflective lyrics. A recent graduate of NC State University, Allie connected there with musician and producer Chris Stamey, who has produced and collaborated on her music; she has also performed with him, including opening for the Wilco-adjacent Autumn Defense at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City. Since returning home, she has played shows throughout New Jersey and New York, sharing the stage with musicians like Joe D'Urso and appearing on Good Day New York, while continuing to write and work toward her debut record.
