Alexander Simone is a new prolific artists, musician, song writer haling from Asbury Park New Jersey . He moved to Jersey and got grounded in music as a youth. Being that he is the grandson of the legendary “Nina Simone”, Simone naturally learned to play the piano coming up in a religious household. Where Simone was pushed to learn music by his Grandmother on his father’s side. She was a pastor who raised and taught him good morals as well as gave him a best of both worlds essence. She pastored a large congregation based out of New Jersey . That’s where Alex naturally learned to play the piano by ear, helping in directing choirs to becoming a full well rounded musician/Musical director, raised with a firm religious foundation that created a discipline at an early age. Simone was a sponge growing up learning all the music he could, digesting any musical catalogue he can find at the time, it was the sounds of Motown that spoke to his soul. Then hearing the tones of Donny Hathaway, Teddy P, Sam Cooke and other greats Simone came to the conclusion that music was his calling. Alexander started composing his own music and sound at the age of 14 . Started Ghostwriting for a family member who had industry connects at the age of 15 and never looked back, to this day Simone has mastered the art of a soulful performance.

The Bell Bottom Blues was formed in 2007 with the vision of providing an audience with a true Eric Clapton Experience. Through its evolution, the band has been carefully constructed to create the essence of the Clapton sound, from his guitar arrangements to his distinctive vocal sound. This is what separates The Bell Bottom Blues from all others and makes us unique in the market. We have been told time and time again by our audiences and fans that “they close their eyes during a show and could swear that they were actually at a Clapton concert”. Dogs in a Pile is the culmination of a love of music born from the deepest American roots of psychedelia, jazz, fusion, funk, traditional, and rock & roll. Sprung from the rich Asbury Park music scene in New Jersey, their serendipitous convergence has made for the kind of kindred intuition its members had only once dreamed of. Described as “listening to a single moving organism,” the sum of its five parts represents an original journey into the peaks and valleys of psychedelic improvisation, all while remaining reminiscent of so much we love of life and music. The final iteration of “the Dogs” began with University of the Arts Philadelphia student and Asbury Park veteran Jimmy Law, along with his long-time friend Joe Babick, a 4 year veteran of the gifted young musician’s program at the nationally renowned Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, NJ. Lightning struck when they were introduced to Berklee School of Music student and bass player Sam Lucid, who immediately suggested fellow Berklee student and multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Kaplan. The addition of fellow Berklee student and collaborator Brian Murray in 2019 made for the quintessential final piece in the Dogs’ puzzle. Their commonality and love for improvisation by way of bands like the Grateful Dead and Phish, as well as a fervent inclination for the study of jazz, fusion and classical music has helped shape the free-flowing style that is the Dogs. Their unique synergy and joy in creating “music as an atmosphere” equates simply to, as the band would say, “spreading good music and good energy to good people.”

Jersey shore acoustic duo. Ava & Aiden have been performing together for over 4 years. Double A is a teenage acoustic duo comprised of Ava DiLouie & Aiden Villa. Aiden & Ava have been performing together for over 6 years. They initially met in a music program for kids and later attended the same middle school. Aiden is a 16 year old High School Junior. He’s a multi-instrumentalist and has been playing guitar since the age of 8. In 2017 he toured the country as an original cast member in the 1st National Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's School of Rock the Musical. Currently he’s a “live session” guitarist for MOTO Records teenage original artists in Asbury Park. Ava is an 18 year old High School Senior. She is multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter. She has performed various times at the Count Basie Theater including the Hope 8 Concert on backup vocals for JBJ. Additional vocal credits include; The Voice; Joss Stone’s song “Star”, “Water for Your Soul” album. Ava is currently working on producing original music. You can catch this duo actively playing out along the Jersey shore.

Doug Mikula is a force to be reckoned with in the New Jersey music community. His virtuosic guitar style utilizes a unique blend of musical elements that transcends genre. He has performed with bands like Woodfish, Domino Effect, Jody Joseph, Corey Wagar, and Drive. In 2010, Doug was honored by receiving an Asbury Music Award for Top Guitarist. You can catch Doug currently playing with That’s How They Get Ya, Chris Morrisy Band, and solo/duo acoustic performances.

Lindell, who was raised in San Mateo, California, has been steeped in New Orleans funk since moving to Crescent City in 1999.

In an era of television music idols, internet video sensations and interchangeable indie bands that are about as edgy as a pair of mom jeans, Lost Romance harkens back to an earlier, simpler time. With a plug in and play brash rock sound that is just as home with the likes of The Replacements, Husker Du and The Lemonheads as it does with Nirvana, Buffalo Tom and fellow New Brunswick, NJ natives The Smithereens and The Gaslight Anthem. Since late 2011, LR have made a name for themselves throughout the North East as a live act to be reckoned with. Averaging close to 100 tour dates a year, the band has been winning over fans from Maine all the way to Florida with raw, honest rock n’ roll. They have shared digital space on comps with Real Estate, The Front Bottoms, Nicole Atkins, La Sera and have shared stages with Rye Coalition, TAB the Band, Elliot Easton (The Cars), Clem Burke (Blondie) to name a few. In addition they have also been nominated for several Hoboken Music Awards including Outstanding Male Solo and E.P. of the year. In 2013, LR signed with Los Angeles based independent label, Starving Dog Records and released their debut E.P. “The Light And The Dark”. A mix of power pop, raging guitars and strong melodies, it gained ground in the press, social media and on radio including WDHA 105.5FM, one of the biggest rock stations in New Jersey. The band toured heavily throughout 2013 into 2014 in support of the album culminating in a 10 city East Coast tour in October 2014. The tour kicked off with Lost Romance being chosen as one of only a handful of bands to play ReverbNation’s showcase at the CBGB Festival 2014 in NYC and ended up taking the band as far south as Florida. 2014 also saw the recording of Lost Romance’s first full length album. Going back to basics, the new tracks were recorded at LR bassist Dan Haag’s (The Astrojet, Benzos, Jody Porter & The Black Swans) basement studio on four track cassette. With drums and guitars recorded live with no overdubs to tape, there was no room for error. The guys locked in solid for these intense and sweaty recording sessions during the summer to make for a truly authentic vibe. 2015 started with Lost Romance playing Light Of Day Benefit in Asbury Park, NJ for the third year in a row alongside such luminaries as Suzanne Vega, Johnny Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls), Willie Nile, John Eddie and the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen. Lost Romance’s Gerry Perlinski was asked by the charity to curate a Spotify playlist to help promote the yearly event. They also opened for Pat Dinizio (The Smithereens), plus rock supergroup The Empty Hearts featuring members of The Cars, Blondie and The Romantics. 2016 will see the release of their new full length album along with major touring throughout the East Coast and Mid-West.

The Green Planet band is a family band comprised of teen siblings Kylee , Tyler and Anna, along with Mama Lisa. It started with an elementary school talent show, and has grown to be a credible professional classic rock act with strong vocals by the kids and lead guitar work from Mama. They do music by the likes of Aretha Franklin, Janis Joplin, Journey, Talking Heads, Neil Diamond, Buddy Holly, Linda Ronstadt, Elvis Costello, ABBA, The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley and others. Constantly adding songs to their setlist, The Green Planet has a diverse selection of music for different events. Hollis Brown is a band from Queens, formed by singer-guitarist Mike Montali and lead guitarist Jonathan Bonilla. Rounding out the rest of the band are Andrew Zehnal (drums), Adam Bock (keys), and Chris Urriola (bass). The band has been releasing music since 2013, during which they released an EP and two albums along with a Record Store Day tribute to the Velvet Underground's LOADED album. The group has toured extensively in the U.S. and Europe, both on their own and supporting the likes of Citizen Cope, Counting Crows, Jackie Greene, Jesse Malin, the Zombies, and many more.

Indigo Mane is an artist, song-writer, and multi-instrumentalist born and raised in New Jersey. His musical journey started when his dad bought him a junior-sized acoustic guitar at just 8 years old. He started guitar lessons a year later, vocal and piano lessons at around 13, and began writing music by 14. Since then he has also taught himself drums, bass, and musical production. He lists Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Brand New, Kanye West, The Weeknd, and Michael Jackson as some of his biggest musical influences. This sonic palette can be heard across songs like Immortals and Where Did I Go Wrong. His lyrics explore themes of emotional turmoil, and personal reflection.

Jake Sfraga, otherwise known as Jake Ryan, is a 16-year-old American Singer, Actor, Voice Actor, Rapper, Writer, and Producer based in the Tri-State Area. Jake has been receiving classical piano training and acting since the age of seven years old, as well as writing songs and singing his whole life. After performing at countless different venues throughout his childhood and middle school years such as the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ on multiple occasions, Jake started releasing his own music. “Catch My Vibe” was released independently by Jake in October of 2019, and he has been consistently putting out new singles since. His most recent single is titled “Out of Body” and it was released on October 15th, 2021. Jake is inspired by many different artists from many different genres such as Prince, Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, Marvin Gaye, Tyler The Creator, Outkast, Michael Jackson, Funkadelic, and Tame Impala to name a few. Jake has also been featured in countless productions since he was the age of seven, playing multiple lead roles in local theatre like Horton in “Seussical” and Lord Farquaad in “Shrek: The Musical”. In May of 2021, Jake acted in a short film produced by Area 23 (run by FBC Health Network) titled “Last Will” which featured prominent themes of gun violence in schools and general unsafety of students across America; this short film was sent to Congress to aid in the decision making process for stricter gun safety laws.

Musicians On A Mission

Jeff Slate is an ASCAP award winning singer-songwriter from New York City. He co-founded the 1980’s mod/punk band the Mindless Thinkers, who were mainstays on the Northeast college circuit. In the mid-90’s he released The Townshend Tapes, on which The Who’s Pete Townshend acted as executive producer, and opened for Sheryl Crow on her “Tuesday Night Music Club” tour. In 1997 he founded the band The Badge, who released three albums and countless singles, EPs and live “bootleg” sets, two “best of” compilations, and went on to become darlings of the UK/European “mod” scene in the 2000’s. In 2010 Slate released the solo single “Dreamtime,” which featured Earl Slick (Lennon, Bowie) and Carlos Alomar (Bowie, Lennon), as well as other alums of David Bowie’s bands. Birds of Paradox, his first solo album of original material, was released in 2012. It was followed in November 2013 by Imposters & Attractions, and his contribution to the Pete Quaife Foundation Kinks tribute album Shoulder To Shoulder in 2015, which honored the band’s late bassist. His 2016 album Secret Poetry was another all-star affair, lauded by critics and fans alike. A video of the song “Letter From Paris (Showed Me The Way)” featuring Slate and Slick, was directed by Patrick McGuinn.

Jeffrey Gaines has been heralded for his soul-searching lyrics and his powerful live performances. With only his voice and a guitar for accompaniment, Jeffrey Gaines has earned a reputation as a captivating performer, entertaining audiences everywhere he goes. Raised in Harrisburg, PA by parents more inclined to spin soul classics by Aretha and Otis than the New Wave and Brit Rock blasting from their son’s room, a teenaged Gaines began singing and playing guitar in several local garage bands. He soon decided to set out on his own and quickly landed a record deal, releasing Jeffrey Gaines, the first of his five studio releases. The album garnered four stars from The Philadelphia Inquirer, describing Gaines as “…an ethereal soul…insistent, impassioned, full of self-knowledge.” Somewhat Slightly Dazed, and Galore followed. Interview Magazine called Gaines’ music “soul-searching” and “refreshingly free of jargon, sentiment or cliché.”

Jenny Cat was born into the 1980’s with the old soul of the Rockers of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. She started young and early influences were Elvis, The Beatles, The Ronettes, with some Black Sabbath and Runaways mixed in. Didn’t hurt that her Dad was an old school Rock fan, and her Mom leaned towards older Country Western, especially Patsy Cline.

Already a veteran of the NYC hardcore scene by the time he was a teenager, Jesse Malin first rose to fame with the influential punk band D Generation, a group Rolling Stone called "the best thing to happen to New York noise in the Nineties." Malin traded in his electric for an acoustic in 2002, though, shedding his skin and embarking on an acclaimed solo career with his Ryan Adams-produced debut, ‘The Fine Art of Self Destruction.’ Hailed by Uncut as “an instant classic,” the record was stripped-down, raw, and intimate, earning comparisons to Neil Young and Tom Waits for its ragged, poetic beauty. In the decade-and-a-half that followed, Malin would go on to blur the lines between singer-songwriter and punk rocker with a string of similarly celebrated solo albums

Jill wrote all the songs for her second album, I Do, in 2011 and 2012 and produced/recorded the album in Austin, TX. I Do features many of the musicians from the first album: Robbie Gjersoe, Bukka Allen, Brian Standefer and Glenn Fukunaga, with the stellar addition of Kym Warner, mandolin (The Green Cards), Will Sexton, guitars and the legendary Dony Wynn (Robert Palmer) on drums. I Do is more percussively oriented and focused on themes of transition, loss and growth. Mixed by the “bullet-proof” Sean Beaven (Guns N’ Roses, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails), it continues and progresses both lyrically and sonically from where Ghost In My Head left off. At I Do’s heart is the ability to find hope and love despite struggle and loss.

Virginia born, New Jersey raised, Nashville based John Eddie is a singer/songwriter/semi-professional drinker who fronts a kick ass little combo called The Dirty Ol Band. They play their own brand of deep fried, gas guzzling, heart breaking, liver killing rock n roll smothered in twang. They've put food on the table and tequila in the fridge for the last hundred years by playing everywhere from shit hole bars to stadiums, backyard barbecues to Jay Z and Beyonce's wedding (ok that last one didn't happen.) And even though a lifetime on the road has guaranteed John Eddie has never had a healthy, steady relationship, it has allowed him to share the stage with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, U2, Bob Seger, Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, Jamey Johnson, and many more. Along the way John Eddie's written a truckload of songs about God, Love, Sex, Drinking, F*cking, Growing Old, More Drinking, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Drinking. His songwriting talents were first discovered by superstar badass Kid Rock who cut his own versions of John Eddie's songs Lowlife, F*cking Forty and Happy New Year. Other artists soon followed in Rock's footsteps and put their own spin on Eddie tunes including Sammy Hagar (Loud) Brantley Gilbert (More Than Miles) Colt Ford & Keith Urban (She's Like) and James Otto (Love Don't Cost A Thing) just to name a few (admittedly there's only those few to mention.) So if you get the chance to catch John Eddie and His Dirty Ol Band don't let it pass you by. It might not change your life but you will definitely raise your bottles and raise your glasses, you will shake your heads and shake your asses and maybe your life don't need changing anyway. Joshua Mark officially began his career as a singer/songwriter in 2014 in Asbury Park, NJ. While under the apprenticeship of blues guitar legend Billy Hector, Mark honed his chops playing as both a rhythm guitar player and a solo artist at a host of venues around NJ and NY. Since 2014, Mark has performed at many nationally recognized and local venues and developed a local following around the Jersey Shore. Mark has released an EP with Ghetto Surf Records and is currently working on a full length album.

Nick Ryan Piescor is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, instructor, and producer from New Jersey. With a sound ranging from the “heartland rock” of Asbury Park, “Memphis soul”, and modern pop, there’s a taste of familiarity with yet his own originality. As a must see live band, Nick and his ensemble take charge of the stage in the likeness of Bruce, Prince, and Jagger, engaging their audience to a new level. They released three singles and one music video so far, with a full record in the finishing stages that will be released in fall 2021. Along with his own artistry, Piescor played as a side-man alongside acts such as Levy and the Oaks, Taylor Tote, Jake Tavill, amongst others. He’s played all across the U.S and had the opportunity to play both summer and winter NAMM in Nashivlle and California respectively, Penn State Thon, and to tour the country with these acts. Piescor also has a passion in producing and artist developing, and has recorded artists Bella Liberati, Mike Cappetto, Gary Frost, Eliza Arnone, Keith Egan and even his mentor Jody Joseph Bongiovi. He's recently built a brand new studio which has been a outstanding creative space for himself and his artists. Nick also has a love for teaching and his own Christian ministry, and is an instructor and co-worship leader. He began teaching guitar, piano, and vocals in 2015 alongside his mentor Jody Joseph Bongiovi, and is currently working alongside her as a teacher in her non-profit "Heartstrings". Mentoring, enlightening and ministering has become a large part of his life and a staple to who he is.

Asbury Park based musician, producer, & singer/songwriter Quincy Mumford blends hip-hop beats and soulful melodies in his latest EP titled ‘Every Wednesday’ with world renown producer and DJ, Jenaux. Quincy grew up in a small beach town on the east coast of New Jersey. Inspired by the ocean and surrounding city of Asbury Park, he was fascinated by its music history and deep roots. He spent most of his time surfing and playing guitar. From 2008, Quincy began releasing local award winning records, and touring across the country with his live band. With Quincy’s positive message through his music, and his efforts to give back to his community, he has raised over $150,000 for non-profits over the years. His mission statement is a release titled 'Helping Hand' from 2016 with producer Michael Ghegan. In 2017, Quincy Mumford took a break from the road and went back into the studio, this time with the producer, Jenaux. Their collaboration sparked a new sound for Quincy, into what he says is “The music I’ve always wanted to make.” His first single ‘Thank You’ hit two million streams on Spotify in the first year, and landed the number two spot on the US viral charts. Quincy released his EP titled ‘Every Wednesday’ March 2019, and has racked up almost 7 million streams across all platforms. His music continues to reach new fans around the world with his latest single ‘Lost in Your Pleasure’ and plans for new music in 2020.

Teresa James was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she was introduced to music at an early age by her father and grandfather, both guitar players in the old school tradition. She starting playing piano at 5 and hasn’t stopped since. Called a singer’s singer by many, when the SAG Singer’s Committee got together to honor composer Randy Newman, Teresa was chosen as the soloist to perform his favorite song to him. She has recorded with Randy Newman, Walter Trout, Eric Burdon, Spencer Davis, Tommy Castro, Stephen Bruton, LeeRoy Parnell, Neil Diamond, and many others. She has performed live with lots of other artists, including: Marcia Ball, Levon Helm, Lloyd Jones, Delbert McClinton, and Eric Burdon & the Animals to mention just a few. Relocating to Los Angeles in the 80’s, her band, the Rhythm Tramps, is made up of world class players that have toured or recorded with such artists as Eric Burdon & the Animals, Bonnie Raitt, Delbert McClinton, Jimmy Reed, Lightin’ Hopkins, Jimmy Vaughan, Johnny Nash, Smokey Robinson, Tom Jones, Tower Of Power, just to name a few and their songs have been recorded by many other artists. As one critic said, “there are no clichés in this band”. In addition to having toured all over N. America and Europe, she has been one of the featured acts on Delbert McClinton’s Sandy Beaches Cruise for over 20 years. Her recordings have met with rave reviews (her last four releases have all received 4 star reviews from Downbeat Magazine) and have shown up on radio charts all over the world. Her 2019 release, ‘Here In Babylon’ was nominated for a Grammy for Contemporary Blues Album. In 2008, She was nominated by the Blues Foundation for “Contemporary Female Blues Artist of the Year”.

17-year old Tess Cameron was born and raised near a beach on the beautiful Jersey Shore. She spent her early childhood performing in countless theatre productions and under the Management of Steve Irlen at Inspired Artist Management, she worked in NYC as a featured actor and model in television commercials, television shows and print and tv advertising campaigns including Scholastic Magazine, Team Ummizoomi, Nickelodeon, My Little Pony for Hasbro and clothing campaigns for Burlington Coat Factory and Macy’s. At the age of 10, Tess Cameron moved to "Where Music Lives" - Asbury Park, NJ and began playing guitar and writing song lyrics. There, she has performed at famed Paramount Theater, The Stone Pony, The Wonder Bar, The House of Independence and the Langosta Lounge. She is also the youngest performer for The Light of Day Foundation, utilizing the power of music to raise money and awareness to defeat Parkinson's Disease with the help of thousands of musicians worldwide. Tess was also a two-show performer at the age of 13 in the Mesa Music Festival in Mesa, AZ, The Music United Against Teen Bullying and Suicide 3-Day Music Festival in Phoenix, AZ and The Jersey Shore Music Festival in Seaside Heights, NJ. Tess Cameron has a strong message for kids with her first record release, an anti-cyber bullying anthem, “Say Them Anyway”. Working from a tough personal experience with a bully herself, Tess now works with charitable organizations that encourage teens to rise above bullying/cyber-bullying attacks by speaking and singing to groups of high school kids at in-school suicide prevention rallys with Attitudes in Reverse and at Medical Conferences for Suicide Prevention in association with Hackensack Meridian Health and NJAMHAA. In addition to singing and writing music, Tess plays guitar and ukulele, is the Captain of her High School Golf Team and played undefeated in the PGA Junior League. Tess Cameron is now gearing up for the lead role of Sandy in the Point Pleasant Beach High School production of Grease, writing and recording new music and connecting with fans and enjoying life with friends and family on the Jersey Shore.
