Indigo Mane is an artist, song-writer, and multi-instrumentalist born and raised in New Jersey. His musical journey started when his dad bought him a junior-sized acoustic guitar at just 8 years old. He started guitar lessons a year later, vocal and piano lessons at around 13, and began writing music by 14. Since then he has also taught himself drums, bass, and musical production.
He lists Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Brand New, Kanye West, The Weeknd, and Michael Jackson as some of his biggest musical influences. This sonic palette can be heard across songs like Immortals and Where Did I Go Wrong. His lyrics explore themes of emotional turmoil, and personal reflection.
